Your building,

fully connected

Internet-ready. Network-ready. Wi-Fi-ready. At zero capital cost.

Fibre Force and Meter have partnered to give commercial office landlords something the market hasn't seen before: a complete, three-layer connectivity solution - from the fibre backbone to enterprise Wi-Fi on every floor - with no upfront capital outlay from the landlord.

"Is there Internet in place?" is no longer a simple question.

Your prospective tenants aren't just asking whether there's fibre in the building. They're asking whether they can walk in and be fully operational on day one - with a working network, secure Wi-Fi throughout their space, and no IT project to navigate before their staff can be operational.
Most commercial buildings can't say yes to that question. Not because landlords don't care, but because delivering the full connectivity stack has always required significant capital outlay. Until now.

"Every month that you cannot provide a complete answer to connectivity questions is a month where prospective tenants are quietly choosing other buildings that can."

Two specialists. One complete answer.

Fibre Force Logo v2 - cropped-1

Fibre Force is the UK's specialist for pre-installed multi-let office building internet connectivity. We've made more than 33 buildings internet-ready across 1.4 million square feet of commercial office space - all at zero cost to the landlord. We handle the fibre backbone, the wayleaves, the installation, and the ongoing management.

Meter is a Network-as-a-Service company that builds and manages enterprise network infrastructure (switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi 7 access points) on a monthly subscription with no upfront hardware cost. They're recognised as a Visionary in the 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Wired and Wireless LAN Infrastructure.

Together, we cover all three layers of a connected building - from the fibre connection, to the data cabling, to the wireless signal in every corner of every floor.
Internet-Ready
How it works

Three layers. One coordinated project. Zero capex

This versatile layout is the workhorse of your website. It combines a primary message with a structured list to help you rank for specific topics while providing a clear, scannable experience for your visitors.
  • Internet-Ready: We pre-install gigabit fibre backbone to every floor of your building. Wayleave coordination, equipment, installation, and ongoing management - all at zero cost to you, funded through tenant service agreements.
  • Network-Ready: We install enterprise-grade managed switches, a next-generation firewall, and per-tenant VLAN isolation. Your building has a secure, managed internal network - no capex, monthly subscription.
  • Wi-Fi-Ready: We deploy Wi-Fi 7 access points across every floor and common area, with 24/7 monitoring, automatic upgrades, and dedicated SSIDs per tenant. Your building has enterprise wireless from move-in day.

What does it cost a landlord?

The fibre installation (survey, equipment, engineers) costs the landlord nothing. Fibre Force funds it directly, recovered through the service agreements tenants take out with us once they move in. You don't pay for the work. You don't pay for the equipment. You don't manage a single contractor.

This is worth saying plainly because most landlords assume there's a catch, or that "zero cost" really means "low cost, with a surprise later." There isn't one. We have built our entire business model around landlords never having to find the budget for making their buildings internet ready.

If however, you want to take advantage of our excellent internet connection yourself (perhaps for the reception area, CCTV, BMS and common parts), you may take up a service agreement with us. This will comprise of two elements:
- the internet leased line service cost (approx. £200-£300 per month depending on what speed you choose)
- the Network-as-a-Service cost (a fixed cost per square foot for the Wi-Fi coverage across the common parts)

common questions

Questions we hear from landlords - answered honestly

What does the process look like?

A free building survey is the starting point. We assess both the fibre and network requirements, coordinate with Meter on the network design, and deliver a single implementation plan for the full stack.

How disruptive is the install for tenants in situ?

Minimal. We sequence noisy work for evenings and weekends, run cabling through risers and ceiling voids, and coordinate with your facilities team in advance. Most tenants don't realise we're there.

Who manages the solution after installation?

Fibre Force manages the fibre connectivity. Meter manages the network and Wi-Fi layer. Neither requires landlord involvement for day-to-day management.

Can we offer Guest Wi-Fi in the common parts using your solution?

Yes. In partnership with Meter, we can provide enterprise-grade Wi-Fi throughout your common parts (reception, corridors, and breakout areas) on a simple monthly fee. Meter's hardware is Meter-built and fully managed, with proactive hardware refresh included. Your tenants experience seamless connectivity from the moment they walk through the door.

Do occupiers have to use Meter?

No. Tenants are free to arrange their own network and Wi-Fi infrastructure. Most choose not to because the simplicity of a fully managed solution with no capital outlay, no hardware to buy, and no IT team required is hard to beat. For tenants who already own networking equipment, Meter's buyback programme gives them credit for existing hardware against the monthly subscription.

What if fibre is already in the building?

If Fibre Force has already connected your building, you can request we add Meter's network and Wi-Fi layer on top. If fibre is installed by another provider, contact us and we'll assess whether the existing infrastructure is compatible or whether any changes are needed.

Does each tenant get their own network?

Yes. Security is paramount. Meter's VLAN architecture ensures each tenant's network traffic is isolated from others in the building. Each tenant has their own dedicated SSID.

What if the building changes hands mid-install?

Our agreement transfers with the building. The new owner inherits a fully-installed, fully-managed network - and a stronger asset.

Ready to make your building fully connected?

A free building survey covers all three layers - fibre, network, and Wi-Fi. We'll assess your building, explain exactly what the full-stack implementation involves, and give you a clear picture of the timeline and what each provider delivers.
No obligation. No hard sell. Just an honest conversation about your building.
