What commercial landlords say about working with Fibre Force

Why third-party experience matters more than our pitch

We could tell you that Fibre Force delivers fast, managed, zero-cost fibre installations that reduce void periods and make buildings easier to let. We do tell you that...it's on the homepage!

But the more useful thing is to let the landlords and property managers who've already been through it tell you what the experience is actually like. What surprised them. What they'd tell a peer. What happened to their buildings after the installation.

So that's what this post is. Real feedback, in their words, from the people who've worked with us  - alongside some honest context about what went well and where the process requires involvement from the landlord's side.

Marco O. - Director, Private Client

"We have had an excellent experience working with Fibre Force across two of our properties. Austin and the team are highly professional, incredibly responsive, proactive, and a pleasure to work with. They interact very well with both our team and our tenants, including tenant IT teams whenever support is needed.

The installation of backbone fibre has been a key advantage for our buildings. Having high-quality internet infrastructure pre-installed has significantly improved the attractiveness and lettability of the units and has been an important factor for both existing and prospective tenants."

What this reflects: Pre-installed fibre doesn't just help with new tenants it strengthens the experience for existing ones too. Buildings where connectivity is already in place attract fewer complaints, fewer tenant-initiated infrastructure issues, and fewer reasons for tenants to start looking elsewhere at renewal time.

Richard Miles - Director, Metrus

"Dealing with wayleaves is draining, but Austin made it simple and efficient, making me wish all processes were this smooth. Without him, progressing internet matters would be so time consuming."

What this reflects: Wayleaves - the legal agreements that allow a network provider to install infrastructure on a property - are one of the most time-consuming parts of any connectivity project. They involve coordinating between multiple parties, navigating legal requirements, and chasing responses. Fibre Force handles all of this as part of the service. For Richard Miles at Metrus, that removal of coordination overhead was one of the most valued parts of the engagement.

Hugh Faith - Property Director, St Anselm

"We've been incredibly impressed. Not only is the fibre extremely reliable, but the installation process was quick and hassle free. But what really sets them apart is their personal approach to customer service. They genuinely go above and beyond to ensure everything operates smoothly."

What this reflects: The reliability of the network after installation matters as much as the installation itself. A connected building that suffers frequent outages creates a different kind of problem. The 99.95% uptime SLA and 24/7 monitoring that Fibre Force provides is what sits behind Hugh Faith's observation about reliability.

Trusted by landlords and property managers across the UK

Fibre Force has completed installations at more than 33 buildings and across 1.4 million square feet of commercial office space. Clients include:

  • Metrus
  • Cluttons
  • St Anselm
  • Global Holdings
  • CIT Group
  • Northwood Investors
  • UOL Group

These hopefully give an indication of the breadth of buildings, ownership structures, and asset managers that the Fibre Force model works for.

What the experience actually involves

It's worth being clear about what working with Fibre Force requires from a landlord's side, so there are no surprises.

We need: floor plans and general arrangements, access to risers and roof for survey and installation, a nominated facilities contact, and introductions to your asset management team and leasing agents. That's the full extent of the coordination we ask of you.

We handle: everything else. The survey, the design, the wayleave coordination, the installation, the equipment, the tenant onboarding, and the ongoing management. The process is built to sit as lightly as possible on the landlord.

Would you like to speak to a landlord who's been through it?

We're happy to facilitate a direct conversation with a landlord who's worked with us, if that would be useful. The testimonials above are genuine - and so is the offer. Sometimes the most useful thing before a decision is a frank conversation with someone who's made it before you.

Remember, our building surveys are free and there's no obligation to proceed, so book your survey today.
