Your building,

fully connected

Internet-ready. Network-ready. Wi-Fi-ready. At zero capital cost.

Fibre Force and our network partner Meter deliver all three layers of a connected office building, from the fibre in the street to the Wi-Fi on every floor, with no upfront capital from you.

The Question has changed

"Is there Internet?" now means

"can we start working from day one?"

Your prospective tenants want to know whether they can walk in and be working on day one: a working network, secure Wi-Fi across their space, and no IT project to run in addition to the office move.

Fibre in the riser on its own doesn't get them there. They still have to buy switches and a firewall, get data cabling run and set up Wi-Fi.

Which means "we're in on the 1st" becomes "we'll be properly working by the end of the month". And that's the bit they remember about your building.

Most buildings can't offer all three layers, because until now it has meant finding the capital to pay for it.

"Every month that you cannot provide a complete answer to connectivity questions is a month where prospective tenants are voting with their feet and choosing other buildings that can."

How it works

Three layers.
One coordinated project.

Fibre Force and Meter work together to deliver a single coordinated project. One survey, one implementation plan, one point of contact - covering all three layers of a fully connected building.

  • Wi-Fi-Ready: We deploy Wi-Fi 7 access points across every floor and common area, with 24/7 monitoring, automatic upgrades, and dedicated networks per tenant. Your building has enterprise wireless from move-in day.

  • Network-Ready:
We install enterprise-grade managed switches, and next-generation firewalls. Each office space gets a secure, managed internal network on a monthly subscription, with no hardware to buy.

  • Internet-Ready:
Gigabit fibre brought from the street and run in the building to every floor. Survey, wayleaves, design, installation and ongoing management, all at zero cost to you.

Two specialists. One complete answer.

Fibre Force Logo v2 - cropped-1

Fibre Force is the UK's specialist for pre-installed multi-let office building internet connectivity. We've made more than 33 buildings internet-ready across 1.4 million square feet of commercial office space - all at zero cost to the landlord. We handle the fibre backbone, the wayleaves, the installation, and the ongoing management.

Meter logo

Meter is a Network-as-a-Service company that builds and manages enterprise network infrastructure (switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi 7 access points) on a monthly subscription with no upfront hardware cost. Meter were recognised as a Visionary in the 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Wired and Wireless LAN Infrastructure.

Together, we cover all three layers of a connected building - from the fibre connection, to the data cabling, to the wireless signal in every corner of every floor.

What does it cost a landlord?

£0

Fibre Backbone

We fund the survey, wayleaves, design, install and ongoing management. The cost is recovered through the fibre services tenants take out with us once they move in.

£200-£300 / month
(optional)
Your building's own internet

for reception, CCTV, the BMS and door entry, depending on the speed you choose.

£0.10 - £0.20 / sq ft
(optional)
Common parts Wi-Fi

a simple fixed fee per square foot of the area where coverage is required.

Most landlords assume "zero cost" really means "low cost, with a surprise later". It doesn't. Our whole business model is built around landlords never having to find the budget to make their buildings internet-ready.

what your building gets

A building your agents are proud to pitch.

  • prospective tenants' connectivity questions answered in the particulars, before the viewing
  • new tenants working from day one, with no engineers to book and no hardware to buy
  • a connectivity story your agents can put on the brochure
  • network hardware refreshed through the term, so the building keeps up with what tenants need
renewal

The bit that shows up at renewal

  • Connectivity is one of the few upgrades that pays twice. Once when you let the space, and again when the tenant decides whether to stay.

In WiredScore's Fit for Lease 2026 research, 89% of tenants said poor connectivity would stop them renewing, and 88% said they'd sign a longer lease for better connectivity. 58% wouldn't lease a space that isn't ready for the AI tools they expect to roll out within two years.

Which means a building that's adequate today can progressively become inadequate inside one lease term. Because Meter's hardware refresh is included in the monthly fee, yours keeps pace without a need for future CapEx outlay .

FAQs

What does the process look like?

A free building survey is the starting point. We assess the fibre and network requirements, design the network with Meter, and give you a single implementation plan for all three layers.

How disruptive is the install for tenants in situ?

Minimal. We sequence noisy work for evenings and weekends, run cabling through risers and ceiling voids, and coordinate with your facilities team in advance. Most tenants don't realise we're there.

Who manages the solution after installation?

Fibre Force manages the fibre connectivity. Meter manages the network and Wi-Fi layer. Neither requires landlord involvement for day-to-day management.

Can we offer Guest Wi-Fi in the common parts using your solution?

Yes. In partnership with Meter, we can provide enterprise-grade Wi-Fi throughout your common parts (reception, corridors, and breakout areas) on a simple monthly fee. Meter's hardware is Meter-built and fully managed, with proactive hardware refresh included. Your tenants experience seamless connectivity from the moment they walk through the door.

Do occupiers have to use Meter?

No. Tenants are free to arrange their own network and Wi-Fi infrastructure. Most choose not to because the simplicity of a fully managed solution with no capital outlay, no hardware to buy, and no IT team required is hard to beat. For tenants who already own networking equipment, Meter's buyback programme gives them credit for existing hardware against the monthly subscription.

What if there's already fibre in the building?

If Fibre Force has already connected your building, you can request we add Meter's network and Wi-Fi layer on top. If fibre is installed by another provider, contact us and we'll assess whether the existing infrastructure is compatible or whether anything needs changing.

Does each tenant get their own network?

Yes. Security is paramount. Meter's VLAN architecture ensures each tenant's network traffic is isolated from others in the building. Each tenant has their own dedicated SSID.
